This exclusive event for senior women in private markets will be fun and inspiring. Jo will use poker to draw out some of the transferable skills that matter in business - negotiation, communication, reading the room and staying composed under pressure.
There’s no gambling involved - we’ll be playing for champagne, chocolates and plenty of laughs. As well as learning the game, we’ll enjoy canapés, drinks and connecting with peers.

Gail is an active voice in the private equity community, contributing to discussions on compensation, career development and industry trends. With a deep UK and international network, she regularly shares her insight through conferences, articles, and industry forums.
Jo Living, Aces High
Jo is a successful poker player, serial entrepreneur and innovator. She combines these passions with Aces High, delivering poker-inspired corporate workshops and events. Following a ten-year career in investment banking, she moved into social innovation and entrepreneurship, where she scaled and sold her own FemTech start-up. Today, she’s on a one-woman mission to smash the poker stereotypes. When not working on Aces High, she supports other entrepreneurs with their start-ups and fundraising.
