OUR PEOPLE

Rupert became CEO of PER in September 2024. He previously established our DACH business in 2010, launching in Munich, followed by Frankfurt in 2017 and Zürich in 2020. Under his leadership, PER has become the go-to firm in the region.

Charlie is Managing Director. He has been involved in securing roles for more than 2,000 people around the world, placing more people in the mid-market, growth and venture capital industry than any other search professional since joining PER in 2006.

Richard joined us in 2011 and is now our COO, based in our London office. He previously worked primarily with traditional LBO funds as well as large credit players, on searches across all levels, with a focus on mid and senior hiring across Northern and Western Europe.

Debbie heads our Investor Relations & Fundraising Practice in the UK and Europe. She is an expert in team building and senior search and has built an incredible network across the industry. At the leading edge of all trends in this area, Debbie provides strategic advice across all fund sizes, types and geographies.

Oliver has been with PER since 2008 and covers the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His focus includes private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure for sovereign wealth funds, family offices and GPs.

Dani heads our Frankfurt office with a focus on investment roles for larger investors and asset managers as well as our reach out to Berlin, Hamburg and Duesseldorf.

Ben heads our Swiss team, focusing on GP, LP and family office investment roles, investor relations and team build outs in Switzerland.

Margaret (Mimi) heads our Latin America business, working primarily with real estate, energy & infrastructure, and credit funds in the region. She focuses primarily on Mexico and has recently supported clients based in the US, primarily Texas, California and Florida.

Linn heads our Asian business managing our Hong Kong and Singapore offices, having built an extensive network in the private equity industry over the past decade. She secures influential roles at the senior level and oversees our mid to junior search mandates across the Asia Pacific region.
