Charlie and Tom will be leading a workshop focused on offering practical insights into how to break into private equity and the breadth of opportunities available across the industry. The session will cover key entry points, common hiring processes and what firms look for in candidates at different stages of their careers.
In addition to hosting the workshop, Charlie and Tom will also be participating as judges in the first round of the conference’s Private Equity Competition, a global MBA event simulating a real-world buyout process, testing participants’ investment judgment, value creation strategies and financial analysis.
