Working with the direct investment team of a large pension fund in London

They were looking for an accomplished Investment Professional with experience from a mid to large-cap direct investment background.  We were able to quickly tap into our network of investment professionals at the Senior Associate and VP level and the team hired two exceptional people. Recently the team went through a significant expansion following a successful fundraise and required hires across multiple levels of experience. We worked closely with the Partner and the existing team to ensure we knew how best to position the firm’s flexible investment strategy, the goals of the fund and the language mix they required for their hires, as well as why the firm was such an aspirational place to work. As a result of our partnership, the group hired three Associates, a VP and a Principal over six months, and are now looking at making more hires.
