We partnered with a pan-European venture investor seeking to hire a principal to play a leading role as they increased their investment activity in the growth equity space from their London office

It was key for them for this to be a hire which was a statement of intent to the market and therefore quality of individual was paramount. Through close collaboration and careful messaging to candidates about the key attributes of the fund now, and the potential future of the role we built a strong shortlist of blue-chip investors, eventually leading to the successful placement of an impressive individual from a leading global growth fund.
We worked on a search mandate with an international energy transition investor with a focus on the growth stage to find an experienced Chief Investment Officer to lead their existing team

This search was a key hire as the firm looked to accelerate its deployment in the space and create a best-in-class team and high-performance culture – given this the calibre and track record of the CIO was of the upmost importance to that they would garner the respect of the existing team. The search led to two very strong final round candidates that were both highly qualified for the role and the firm secured a high-class investor who has already had an outsized and positive impact on the business in a short space of time. Our partnership continues as we look to build out a mid-level team for them in the next year.
We partnered with a US Growth fund making their first European hires

The fund had a highly differentiated approach in sourcing and growing B2B software businesses which had led to top-decile returns over multiple fund vintages – understanding this and being able to effectively communicate this to candidates was a key factor in the success of this search. We were able to secure two high calibre individuals as their first ‘boots on the ground’ in Europe with a strong mix of skillsets, languages and a highly aligned cultural fit.
