Client Story

A prominent, global growth manager was looking to solidify their European investor relations presence

They initially mandated us to identify two Associate-level professionals and subsequently instructed us to lead the search for a Nordic-focussed distribution professional. In keeping with their hiring requirements, we were able to provide a highly diverse shortlist for all three mandates. As part of our screening and diligence process, we paid close attention to finding those that not only had the right skillset but also had a good cultural fit with the existing team. Following our success, we have continued to partner with this team over the last few years and have hired subsequent resources for them.


A London based mid-market infrastructure firm were seeking their first dedicated IR hire

With a growing AuM and ever-demanding LP base, the natural next step was for them to centralise this function in-house. We worked with them to establish the responsibilities of a Head of IR role and helped to position this as an attractive, entrepreneurial opportunity. We conducted a selective screening process which allowed us to focus on quality over quantity and the firm found the perfect match from this group. 


Given their rapid growth, this established private equity manager needed to reinforce and restructure their IR function

Ahead of kicking of the search, we provided a strategic review of the market and gave them an indication of the IR team composition and structure across relevant managers. Following this, we were mandated to identify a senior project manager with a junior support for them, followed by a senior European distribution professional. Our depth of network helped us to efficiently map those individuals that had the appropriate skills for each of these roles. The team hired three prominent industry professionals.
