Gail is the Founder Director of PER, setting up the business in the late 1990s after a career in private equity at 3i.
Rupert became CEO of PER in September 2024.
He previously established our DACH business in 2010, launching in Munich, followed by Frankfurt in 2017 and Zürich in 2020. Under his leadership, PER has become the go-to firm in the region.

Oliver has been with PER since 2008 and covers the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His focus includes private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure for sovereign wealth funds, family offices and GPs.
