Dean joined PER in 2018 and since has built up a substantial track record appointing HR and Legal professionals across the Private Markets space.
Dean leads on all senior searches and along with the support of his team, is able to execute HR, Legal, Compliance and ESG searches at all levels across the Private Markets space.
Prior to starting his recruitment career in 2015, Dean was part of the Great Britain flat-water kayaking team for eight years, where his greatest achievement was winning a bronze medal at the World Championships.
