Dylan leads the Finance and Data team at PER, focusing on placing private markets professionals into finance, portfolio management, analytics, asset management and data roles.
Previously Dylan worked in a private markets search firm for over five years where he led the Finance and Investment Operations practice and developed a strong track record and network across London and Europe.
The Finance and Data team specialises in CFO, C-Suite through to Analyst level hires across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Direct Lending and Real Estate strategies in the UK and Europe.
Outside of work Dylan enjoys watching sport, burning new recipes he attempts and travelling to new places.
