Julian studied General Management in Bad Homburg before finding his way into the world of recruitment. He started his career in financial services recruitment, placing candidates in a variety of roles within banks and financial service providers.
Over time, he developed a strong network and deep industry knowledge, which eventually led him to the buy-side. Now, instead of bringing talent into banks, he helps them move into private equity.
At PER, he works with funds of all sizes, from small-cap to large-cap, advising on hiring strategies and placing candidates from junior investment roles up to mid-to-senior-level positions. He also leads the private debt practice, connecting top talent with the right opportunities in this fast-growing space.
Outside of work, Julian is a passionate Eintracht Frankfurt supporter and rarely misses a chance to be in the stadium cheering them on. When he’s not caught up in football, you’ll find him staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or enjoying a good padel match with friends on the court.
