Lydia leads our team specialising in infrastructure, renewables and energy transition roles. She works on mandates across all levels, from Analyst to Senior Director level.
Lydia takes a real interest in understanding her client’s culture to ensure candidates are well aligned as they make the next step in their career. She is especially passionate about improving female representation in private markets, and actively engages with women at all levels as a core part of her search approach.
Lydia joined PER in 2021 to focus on real assets, having worked in global markets at State Street and as a graduate at Investec.
Prior to this, she completed a degree in Politics and International Relations at Bristol University.
