Nadja leads our CFO practice for the German-speaking DACH region, concentrating on CFO-level mandates for private capital-backed businesses across all sectors.
Prior to joining PER, Nadja worked for an executive search firm, covering mandates for private equity-backed businesses. Nadja has hands-on management experience having worked at SevenVentures, a subsidiary and venture investment arm of Pro7Sat1 Group, where she was responsible for portfolio company controlling and post-merger integration. From working closely with operational managers and investors, Nadja also has a first-hand understanding of the challenges a financial leader has to meet.
Nadja is an enthusiastic skier and has a passion for travel, good food and good books.
