The fund was looking for an ambitious up-and-coming legal professional with exposure to transaction/M&A law. Utilising our broad search network of junior-mid level professionals in this space, we successfully screened a number of candidates from our private practice/in-house candidate pool. From these options, we sourced a fantastic candidate with the right experience and a keen interest in impact investing.

With investments across several jurisdictions, the fund needed a corporate governance professional to sign off on board procedures in line with appropriate regulators. Through a meticulous and specialised search process, and identification of an experienced candidate pool, we were able to find our client a suitable candidate with whom they were thrilled.

The ideal candidate needed prior experience in designing and optimising people processes. A specialised search was undertaken to focus on this skillset, and after phone screening the initial shortlist was produced. From this the client pursued the most suitable candidate, and made them an offer they couldn’t refuse.
