Based in our Frankfurt office, Isabel is a Principal at PER. She specialises in Deal Team recruitment for buyout private equity funds and leads Portfolio M&A hiring for PE-backed companies across Europe, helping them appoint senior M&A and corporate development leaders.
Alongside this, Isabel covers mid-level buyout private equity roles in Germany. She works closely with clients to deliver tailored search solutions, drawing on a strong network and in-depth market knowledge to identify the right talent. Isabel also represents PER at international university and industry events, maintaining close relationships across the private equity ecosystem.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys perfecting her golf swing, interior design, getting lost in a good book, and scouting out the best brunch spots across Europe.
