Having joined PER seven years ago, Isabel is a Lead Consultant based in our Frankfurt office.
She leads our Portfolio M&A practice, supporting private equity–backed businesses across Europe in hiring senior M&A and corporate development professionals. In addition, she covers mid-level buyout private equity roles in Germany. Drawing on her broad network and deep market understanding, Isabel has helped numerous clients identify and secure the right talent for their growth ambitions. She also represents PER at international university and industry events, introducing future talent to career opportunities within private equity and maintaining strong connections across the market through regular client and candidate engagements.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys perfecting her golf swing, getting lost in a good book, and scouting out the best brunch spots across Europe.
